Great customer service and store management!!!! Everyone was friendly while simultaneously maintaining a professional standard. They definitely put their customers first. I bought a Honda Grom and haven't had any issues. I just shipped my bike home and they were excellent with helping me crate everything! Out of all the different dealerships and motorbike stores in Charleston, they are by far the best in the business! You just can't beat their prices and quality service! Mad props to Champion Honda BMW Ducati, specifically Kyle and Jessica, for being such genuine ambassadors to the sport, as well as incredibly transparent, honest salespeople! It's been years since I've ridden and I'm just now getting back into it. Unaware of how the various shops and dealerships in the Tri-County area do business, I reached out to VP and was immediately struck by how helpful Kyle was (no pressure and no upsell tactics).
I'm in the market for a particular bike and, while I wait on it to arrive, I called and spoke with Kyle for a second time to let him know that I plan to take the MSF course and need gear. I got good vibes from him, so I was going to reciprocate and not do the usual, "roll the gear into the deal" negotiation tactic. Besides, all I need right now are a helmet and gloves and, when I arrived, he introduced me to Jessica who was equally as laissez-faire in terms of decision making. She showed me all the options; yet when I told her I was interested in a sub-$200 helmet, she was just as passionate at showing me those models as she was about showing me the $500+ helmets.
Based on Jessica's and Kyle's dealings, I know I'll be loyal to VP so long as they keep these two stellar employees around. Don't waste your time with getting hustled at lesser shops where the salespeople couldn't even cut it on a used car lot; instead, deal with those who are passionate about their sport(s), know what they're talking about, and won't try and milk you for every little dollar.
Couldn’t be any happier with coming to Champion Honda to surprise my boyfriend with a new tire for his Ducati; Kenny was nothing but informational, helpful and super nice! Will definitely be coming back for more things in the future.
