Eric J., Parts Manager took the time to listen and find the parts I needed for my Ride. It's almost impossible to know the name of every part on a bike unless you deal with it on a frequent basis. He's been doing it for a little over twenty year(s) to find the parts that you need at an reasonable price if they can't order it from stock or from another dealer. I was/am a first time customer with Champion and I have probably written 3 reviews on products in my entire life. I have, however, bought and sold many motorcycles, ATV's and the like over the years. When shopping for my next BMW motorcycle, after having had bad experiences with two other BMW dealerships in the region, I decided to try Champion.

Contacted Kenny about a used BMW bike and we communicated about a week, the day before I was to go check the bike out it sold! Kenny was about to let me know when I reached out to him, quickly we looked at another option and went to check it out. Ended up buying and honestly I went to check that bike due to the time and communication Kenny invested with me. Better yet after two new tires on the house as the weather was bad Kenny offered to trailer the bike to me the next day not only he did but also within the time discussed!
